1. What this covers

These terms govern use of the mishalabs.com.tr website and purchases of Notion templates. Individual products (Memory, CareCircle, PDA Quest, etc.) have their own terms on their respective websites.

2. Notion templates

When you purchase a template, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it in your own Notion workspace. You may:

• Duplicate and modify the template for personal use
• Use it in your personal or work workspace

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the template with others
• Use it to create competing template products

3. Payments

Template purchases are processed by Gumroad. All prices are in USD. Payment collection, receipts, and tax handling are managed entirely by Gumroad.

4. Refunds

We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Contact us at contact@mishalabs.com.tr with your Gumroad receipt.

5. Notion dependency

Our templates require a Notion account and are subject to Notion's own terms and availability. We cannot guarantee compatibility with future Notion updates. If Notion changes break a template, we'll do our best to update it — but we can't promise a timeline.

6. Intellectual property

Template designs, copy, and structure are owned by Misha Labs. Your data entered into a template is yours. We claim no rights to your content.

7. Disclaimers

Templates are provided "as is" for organizational purposes. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. If you need professional help, please consult a qualified professional.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the template. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from template use.
